How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via standard delivery. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the UK only. We hope to expand to more countries soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
I haven't received my order — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch email, please contact us at chzahid77777@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.

Are your essential oils pure and natural?
Yes. Our essential oils are 100% pure and natural, sourced from reputable suppliers and extracted via steam distillation or cold expression depending on the plant. Each product page lists the Latin name, source country, and extraction method.
Are your candles safe to burn?
Our aromatherapy candles are made with natural soy wax and pure essential oils. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, keep away from draughts, never leave unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Trim the wick to 5mm before each use for a cleaner burn.
How long do reed diffusers last?
Our 120ml reed diffusers typically last 4–8 weeks depending on room size, temperature, and how many reeds you use. Flipping the reeds occasionally will refresh the scent.
Can I use essential oils directly on skin?
Most essential oils must be diluted in a carrier oil before applying to skin. Please refer to each product's description for guidance. If you have sensitive skin or a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging. Please see our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please email us at chzahid77777@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
