Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Non-returnable items may include:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
