Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Your right to cancel (UK consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at chzahid77777@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  4. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons, this includes oils, candles, and bath products)
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Sale items marked as final sale
